Some of the VX-8R chips are: A DF2370VLP34V CPU which is based on the H8S/2000 core processor and has 34MHz speed. A CMS589AD5 GMSK modem chip and a V24100 AM/FM radio chip.

I'm searching for the manual of AM/FM radio chip V24100. The rapidshare.com link was down. Can you provide another download link for that file? Thank you very much.
I will have a look, from 10 years a go i don't think i have it anymore.
That V24100 was found on a very old radio. When I used it to receive FM broadcasts, the frequency step scale did not match my area, so the effect was not good. I wanted to find the information of this chip for the purpose of finding a solution to change the FM step scale. Thanks a lot.
Thanks leosedf. I've found the datasheet. V24100 is a Sanyo FM/AM Tuner IC. It's full name is LV24100LP.
Good, i couldn't find it for some reason.
